I like that his recipes are so easy to follow. His dishes are simple yet elegant and delectable. Here are some of the dishes I have tried. Pork Katsudon, Mapo Tofu, Cold Tofu, Japanese Oden. Never thought I could ever make this one. Egg custards seem very complicated to prepare but I was surprised at how easy it was.
